What we collect
When you use our contact form: your name, email address, and the project type you pick. If you complete the guided questionnaire, we also store your answers about your project.
Why
Only to respond to your inquiry and understand the scope of your project.
We never sell or share it
We don't sell, rent, or share your information with anyone for marketing.
How AI is used
The questionnaire uses an AI model (from OpenAI, accessed through Lovable's AI service) in two ways: to occasionally ask one short follow-up when an answer is unclear, and to write a summary of your answers for Dalton. To do this, your answers are sent to that provider for processing. Dalton personally reads every result. Please don't include passwords, payment details, or sensitive personal information.
The 7-day rule
If you decide not to move forward, or we can't reach you, everything you've shared is automatically and permanently deleted from our database 7 days after you submit the form (or 7 days after you finish the questionnaire). It's only kept longer if you become a client.
Delete it now
Every email we send you, and the questionnaire page itself, includes a "Delete my information now" link that permanently removes your data right away. You can also just ask by email.
